POWER OF POLO VOLUNTEER SHORTLISTED FOR PRESTIGIOUS AWARD
Long-term Power of Polo volunteer, Michael Kaddu, has been shortlisted in the prestigious London Youth Awards for Volunteer of the Year, one of just three finalists in this category.
Michael first joined Power of Polo many years ago as a participant on one of our very first courses and early on saw the positive impact of interaction with horses and the sport of polo. Since taking the step up from participant to volunteer, Michael has attended many of our courses in the role of Youth Worker and is always there as a supportive, understanding and encouraging voice for our participants.
This year, Michael took another step up and now acts as a Youth Advisor to the Board, sharing his invaluable advice and helping Power of Polo to grow as a charity.
Power of Polo is incredibly proud of Michael and feels blessed to be working with this incredible young man. We wish him all the luck in the world on awards night!
